Have any of you read the book Eragon?

That's ok Owl....I don't mind. I didn't like it that much either but I've seen the movie at least 15 times. I'm starting the book Eldest soon.

Well if that is the name of the book then it sounds like a good book if it does come out this year. I can actually tell if a book is good or bad by just looking at the name or hearing about the book.

I haven't read that book. Maybe I will put it on a list of books to read. I like books like the Harry Potter series.

You guys might like the books by Frank Peretti. He wrote a lot of different series but several of them are the type you like. I don't remember any series names but one book was called 'This Present Darkness' and 'Piercing the Darkness', another I think was 'Shadow'....or something like that. He had a lot that do with spirits....angels against demons and spirit war stuff but along your type of lines.....with teenagers viewpoint and settings. Some are set in high school and some are set in other world. You have to google him and or check it out at the library. HOWEVER......don't get it confused with his whole set of little children bible story stuff (Mr Henry's something something) that he ended up doing later in life......though its cute and you might also like it that's not what I'm trying to get you into.

I've read some Peretti. I liked his kids series.

The 4th Eragon book comes out November 8th......I know you called it the Inheritance 'series' but I think that's it's title.....maybe its the last book in the series.
