So you got a Mazin' Hamster! Oh no, it's not working! Here is a guide on fixing some of the problems.

1. System Requirements
Ganz says that these are the system requirements for MAZIN' Hamsters:
Windows
Unity Web Player Plug-in 2.6 or higher (FREE download at webkinz.com)
3D Graphics Card with 16MB memory or higher
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 1.8 GHZ or greater
OS: WIN XP SP2 or higher
Browser: IE 7 or higher, Firefox 2.5 or higher
Mac
Unity Web Player Plug-in 2.6 or higher (FREE download at webkinz.com)
3D Graphics Card with 64 MB memory or higher
CPU: Intel 1.5 GHZ or greater
OS: 10.4 Tiger or higher
Browser: Safari 3.0.1, Firefox 2.0

If your computer doesn't meet those requirements, you might not be able to play MAZIN' Hamsters.

2. Browser Issues
When using Google Chrome or Firefox, MAZIN' Hamsters might freeze or have control issues. To solve this problem, use Internet Explorer 7 or higher, NOT the 64-bit version.
If you are using Internet Explorer and have installed Unity Web Player from Webkinz, but it acts like you haven't installed Unity, be sure you are NOT using the 64-bit version of IE.

3. Visibility Issues
If you are in the Hamster Hamlet and almost everything is hidden in fog, try closing all other open programs and reopening Webkinz World.

4. Logout Issues
If you are getting logged out of MAZIN' Hamsters a lot, I recommend doing all your non-Hamster activities in a separate session from you Hamster activities. Instead of doing your normal WW dailies and then going to MAZIN' Hamsters, log out before you go to hamsters and do absolutely nothing BUT hamsters when you log in again.
