OK....I've got a term paper outline, 2 chapters to read and a homework paper due by tomorrow. Then 3 more papers and 4 more chapters (2 different classes) and a test to take by Saturday midnight. In addition I'm piling up 10 more chapters to read and the online tests to take with 4 papers to write by mid March. There is other stuff in other class that I have to fit in also....and I have to fit it all in between my family stuff. So what am I doing... .sitting here, on the computer writing you guys, or checking out WW, or WI....I can't seem to get started on anything. Anyone else have that problem?

I DO. My home room teacher is SO annoying. I have him last so when I get home I am all annoyed and dont want to do my homework until like 6. xD

For a second I thought the title was "Predestination."
My home room teacher, whom I've had for four years now, has gotten a lot better. He used to give us sentence outlines, then essay drafts, then final essays, every week. I died twice. now we just have 2000 word finals every few months and 3 tons of reading.

I have a lot of online classes and stuff is due by 11:59 PM.....so what do I stupidly do... I'm frantically sitting down at 6 PM to read 2 chapters, do the online homework for each, then the online quiz for each, then the online dicussion think question of the week needs to have 3 in depth paragraphs/essay written about it and then make comments on at least 3 other peoples thoughts/paragraphs.....I usually finish at 11:58.....and I'm not kidding.

Wow! Thanks for making the time to get on WWN, but don't put it before school! Real life is always more important that fake. But if you do have time, get on. You really sound busy. Do you get a break at summer?

Well as I said before (somewhere, sometime) I just finished 2 of 4 major classes on Friday which clears up my schedule a lot.......They were condensed classes that only lasted half a semester. I was in school last summer but I'm not sure about this coming summer. My family wants me to fly out to the 'right' coast (as opposed to the 'left' coast...get it west/left) to visit. Anyway..I haven't decided.

The East coast? That's close to me in Tennessee! We may be a great state, but we don't have any shoreline.

You're not bragging in THIS forum/topic. I'm an A student also and sometimes, some classes we work harder than others for our grades.....other times they fall into our laps. We deserve our grades however we acquire them and here we can state that.....just like we can say "I got a new pet". So......I got an A..98% on a 7 page term paper that I put together in one frantic day.......Oh, it had a 4 page power point with it.

Wow. Now I know I can make you a tech geek.

I only just know the basics.......just learned them last semester in a power point class (got an A) The class taught us a lot of stuff but had you do it in such a way that was programmed...walked us right through it. So I know what it can do....I just can barely do it for basic.....and I had to go back to my book to figure that out. I'm also not very 'creative/artistic' so its all very cut and dry (to use a cliche).

Wow! My highest was a 114% in Math class. There were a couple of bonus questions.
My lowest was a... 0%! I missed the quiz..

My lowest report card grade was 99. Lowest ever grade was 0, because I forgot to turn it in. That was in 4th grade.

Funny how brilliant we are and yet we forget to turn in papers or do a quiz and wind up with a zero....I've done it also. I quess we need those extra points to make up for those lapses.
