I'll start with one of mine. Here are two of my pet budgies:

Yes! My live Webkinz are as follows: 2 snakes, 4 budgies, 2 rabbits, 17 fish, and 2 dogs. I only have 3 stuffed Webkinz: a Grey Owl, a Tiger Snake, and a Black Bear.

One reason I now collect Webkinz is because I can't have any more live pets for many reasons including not enough lap. I have 3 "puppies" that don't weigh a total of 30 lbs altogether.......my husband says that anything weighing less than 100 lbs isn't a dog. Then there are my 8 guppies and 2 giant goldfish. I want more but .......

One day, I was outside and something bright orange caught my eye and I took a picture of it.




It looks like a fiery bush, doesn't it? It was so strange! It was kind of like a tumbleweed, but orange!

It looks like a dead plant, but very orange. Cool!

I miss the area you live in....and all its typical foliage. I grew up in the Washington DC area and frequently went to the blue ridge mountains of West Virginia. I now live in the foothills of middle California which has a mediterrean climate with a lot of wide open space ....we have dry brown summers and wet green rainy winters so the green grass is opposite. The weather is mild (relatively speaking) without any snow and rarely will ever get down to freezing..........Forgetting the climate.....the point is we have a totally different 'views' and vegetation and I miss what you see every day. I haven't see it in over 30 years.

I love your birds HW. I'm learning about some types of birds right now and one type of bird that I'm learing about is budgies. They're the best birds to have as a house pet......but be careful because they have a nasty bite.....and they can be very, very, very noisy at times......and budgies have beautiful feathers that come in various colors too.

Trust me, I know about the bites and noise.

That's good that you know about the biting and noise HW. I really want a bird but my mom says their too much responsibility for me because I already have three dogs.

LOL, you have enough to deal with, Princess. Three dogs? Wow!

Yeah and two bigger dogs...so that's 5 dogs altogether.

I have 4 birds, 2 dogs, 15 fish, 2 snakes, and 2 rabbits.

I know that all those animals live in your house but whose pets belong to whom? .....like is one dog your mother's or your sister's? And who actually takes care of which animals? In my house I take care of all the animals unless I specifically tell someone 'hey, can't you see that the poor dog doesn't have any water in its dish?'. Or tell them to feed the animals, or clean up after them. Otherwise, I'm there changing the dog papers (they are mostly house trained) and filling the food/water dishes and letting them out to go in the back yard (can't even get anyone to remember to let the dogs out when they get home from wherever.) That's when I say.....WHOSE pets are they? Do you clean the fish tank?

The birds are mine, one rabbit is mine, one rabbit is my sister's, the dogs are everybody's, and the fish are my dad's. Each takes care of their own.
